Dr. Sean Riley is the former President of St. Francis Xavier University, Chair of the Council of Nova Scotia University Presidents, and also serves on the Board of the Canada Millennium Scholarship Foundation. Dr. Riley’s career has spanned government, corporate finance and business. He completed his doctorate in International Relations at Oxford University on a Rhodes Scholarship.
