Dennis Browne, Q.C., is a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland. He obtained degrees of Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Education (Administration) from Memorial University and is a graduate from Dalhousie Law School, where he was awarded the law school’s prize for Constitutional Law. He is a Labour Arbitrator and Adjudicator and a former Chairperson of the Newfoundland Labour Relations Board. He is the author of Gasoline Prices and the Public Interest (1997), and has lectured in Labour Law at Memorial University of Newfoundland.
